White spots in nose
I have a white ulcer looking mark on my septum and a white stripe on my nostril opposite of it. I use cocaine but stopped in that nostril since noticing. No pain, no bleeding, no other symptoms I’ve noticed. I just want reassurance nothings super wrong. Photo isn’t mine, just very similar looking.

Stop snorting cocaine. This will rot out your septum, no matter what nostril you are snorting it. It could be anything from a papilloma to dryness, to cancer.
Stop doing cocaine.
