I am a 23 year old male. I want to know why shouldn't you rinse after brushing your teeth?

Is it after the fluoride toothpaste? No rinsing or eating and drinking for 30 min is recommended after use of Prevident, which is one of the high-fluoride toothpastes.
You SHOULD rinse
It is okay to rinse. Use a non alcohol fluoride rinse.
