Will I be okay until my appointment?
I have been having yellow diarrhea with mucus off and on for a couple of years. Sometimes my poops look weird like they have fat in them too. Lately, it’s been every day for a couple of weeks and I made an appointment but it isn’t for 3 weeks. Will I be okay until then?

Yes you will be ok, since this has been going on for about 2 years. Sounds like you should have stool tests for fecal fat to see if you have evidence for malabsorption of fats.
As long as you are not getting dehydrated
