Will I go blind if I have glaucoma?

I was diagnosed with glaucoma. I am afraid. Will I go blind if I have glaucoma?

With proper treatment it is really rare to go blind with glaucoma

In this day and age, no one should go blind from glaucoma if it’s diagnosed and treated early on.
