My wife took a single dose of 200 milligrams by accident for a sinus infection. Should she have taken only 100 milligrams? Will she need medical attention?

One double dose is not going to be of any major consequence. Just let your provider know (information purposes only) and you can relax. If you notice anything that appears different, ask your provider. Thank you for asking for my help.
