Wounds on my skin?
I have marks on my skin that look like burn marks.

A biopsy will be required
I can't see the lesions well enough to begin to make a diagnosis. They appear to be short linear erosions, raising a question of external trauma, such as scratches or superficial lacerations.
Difficult to say what's causing them. Sometimes insect bites can present in this fashion. If the sites do not heal, best to visit a local dermatologist.
