You guys help me identify this rash
I have a rash it's struggling at as a little round bot then it It became a crater bump it also spread it and got bigger I have 3 spots on my chest and back in arm is this serious or is it something that I could use some over-the-counter cream on

This could be a skin cancer or granuloma annulare. I would get seen by your dermatologist to make sure and get a biopsy.
