After taking vitamin supplements urine changed color?
I have been taking vitamin supplements already for 2 weeks, and my urine became like a neon yellow color. Is it because of vitamins? Or is there another cause?

Probably due to the supplements--vitamin C is a likely culprit. Do the experiment--stop taking them, and if the urine resumes its normal color in 3-5 days, you nailed the reason.
Supplements that have 100% of the RDA of the various vitamins usually don't cause discoloration, and that is all you need anyway.

Yes, this is very common, especially with certain B vitamins including B complex. Not harmful in any way.
