Can pimples spread from one person to another?
I recently have noticed a lot of acne and pimples on my face. I read somewhere that acne is caused by a certain bacteria. So, I'm wondering, is it possible for acne to spread?

Yes, acne is very prone to spread to both contiguous and discontiguous areas of the skin.
