• At what age can children receive the flu vaccine?

I have a 3-year-old daughter. How old does a child have to be to get the flu vaccine?

Any child older than 6 months is eligible for a Flu vaccine. If it's the first time for her to get a flu vaccine, she will need 2 doses with 1 month apart.

Children can be given flu vaccine as early as 6 months of age. Your 3 year old can get one safely.
