What is the best course of treatment for hemorrhoids?
I was recently diagnosed with hemorrhoids, and I wondering what would be the best course of treatment. The doctor already advised me on what I have to take medicine-wise, so is there anything that I can do naturally?

Best thing is to avoid constipation, straining, or diarrhea. High fiber diet is highly recommended. Drinking 60-80 ounces of water.
15-30 grams of fiber a day with lots of water and no straining on the toilet. Surgery for it is quite painful and thankfully needed not often.
