How can I get my protein if I am following a vegetarian diet? Is there anything I can eat, other than beans?
Spinach! Kale! Collard Greens! You will actually be surprised if you look up all the veggies and fruits to discover just how much protein they all have.
Are you vegan If not, eggs can fit within a vegetarian diet. Protein bars are another option. Be sure to read labels, though, as some of those are high in calories.
