What is the best natural medicine for stopping loose motions?
I have been experiencing loose motions, and I'm not sure why and how they're happening so frequently. What is the best medication to take for this?

It's important to know if what you describe as loose motions actually meets the definition for diarrhea. Loose stools from any cause can be slowed down by use of Imodium, but get a proper GI work up, especially if the loose stools are chronic (more than 3-4 weeks), or if you have weight loss or blood in the stool.
Take more fiber.
If your symptoms are chronic, then you need to have a diagnosis before you can have the right treatment.
