My Ecocardiogram showed mild cLVH in 2022. But my dr. did not discuss it with me or offer treatment. But I’m worried I can have a heart attack or sudden death. I do not have high blood pressure . But I do have mitral valve regurgitation. Any suggestions?

What is you coronary artery calcium (CAC) score; and Lp(a) level, Apo B and Apo A level? These pieces of information will better inform you about heart attack risk (not the Echocardiogram).
Mild left ventricular hypertrophy is a non- specific findings. No treatment is required.
