Can I get a UTI from this?
I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and she has a UTI. Can I get a UTI from this?

No.
Men can develop a UTI from having sex, but are much less likely to do so than women. STDs can be transmitted to male partner if having unprotected sex.
A UTI is not contracted through intercourse. However, sexually transmitted infections may be passed from one partner to another.
It would be very unlikely to "catch" a standard UTI from your girlfriend. There are some vaginal infections (STIs, yeast, etc.) that can be transmitted.
