• Can coffee cause kidney stones?

I am a 44 year old male who was diagnosed with kidney stones. I heard from a friend that coffee can cause kidney stones. Is that true?

Usually dehydration one of reasons for kidney stones and infection and caffeine causes dehydration by diuresis or urination.
