What are you referring to? Clomid and Letrozole are commonly used to help women ovulate and become pregnant. I would consult a physician and find out if that is what you need.

Yes, they can increase the chances of pregnancy. They also increase the incidence of twins to about 8-10 percent.

There is nothing called a fertility pill but there are ovulation induction medications which help with releasing an egg already present in the ovary, this does help with pregnancy. Please see your OBGyn to know more about this and to check if it will help “you” specifically.
