I am a 54 year old male with high blood pressure and I don't want to take medication. Can having regular massages lower high blood pressure?

It can, but not always. High blood pressure stems from several areas — mental, physical, emotional. Drinking plenty of water, exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, spending less time in front of electronic devices and more time engaged with family and friends, less mental and emotional stress…. All help.

Only very temporarily

Unfortunately, regular massage is not a recommended way to lower blood pressure. Low-sodium diet and weight loss with alcohol limitation would be the first approach. Add regular exercise. If these do not help lower your blood pressure below 130/80, you will need medication.
