• Can high blood pressure cause nosebleeds?

I'm 45 years old with high blood pressure. A nurse, a few years ago, diagnosed with me with it, but I also never managed it properly since then. But I noticed that I get nosebleeds often. Could my nosebleeds be connected to my high blood pressure?

Yes, HIGH BP CAN lead to nose bleeds (i.e., epistaxis) and also bleeding into the BRAIN. So, this might be a MEDICAL EMERGENCY if the nose bleed is associated by HIGH BP!
