I'm 43 years old and I have spinal stenosis. It is seriously damaging my quality of life. Can laser treatment help spinal stenosis?

No, laser treatment does not relieve spinal stenosis
To the best of my knowledge, laser treatment has not been tested in well designed trials in patients with Spinal Stenosis. Therefore, I don't think it's a first line method of this condition.
