• Can mild concussions cause permanent neurological damage?

I have had 3 mild concussions before, but the only significant symptom I've had with them was slight nausea, which only lasted for 15 minutes. Can mild concussions cause permanent neurological damage?

Though most people recover, there is an increased risk of post-traumatic epilepsy/migraine, sleep problems, and neuropsychological problems. It is therefore important to prevent repetitive brain injury, especially close to the first.
