So, check out "Scalpel Sculpting" a procedure I have been using for decades to remove moles (beauty marks, birthmarks) without any deep cutting and without the need for any stitches. What this means is that the chance of a scar is minimal and a 0 chance of stretch scars and "railroad track" stitch marks. I have photos to show that even perfectly flat moles on the nose can be removed from the nose with gratifying results.
