Personality Disorders are by definition personality. There are great therapies for personality disorders, but from my understanding personality disorders are lifelong. Hope that helps.

Personality disorders can be very difficult to treat, requiring intense individual therapy modalities. Psychotropic medications may be necessary if there are symptoms that do not allow the person to function properly.

If you want to change and you commit to a daily practice, you can change. It’s work. It’s possible.
