I am a 36 year old female and I wear Invisalign. Can you leave Invisalign in all the time?

Yes with exception of eating and cleaning your teeth
You should leave the trays in as much as possible. Just remove while eating and I usually also recommend while drinking hot liquids.
Hello. For invisalign, the optimal wear time is around 23 hours per day. So you are basiclaly leaving them in all of the time. However, it is advisable to remove them and clean them during those "down" times. Otherwise, there will be overgrowth of all sorts of things in the aligners. Hope this helps. The recommended wear time is 22/7. The aligners should be removed to eat, and NEED to be removed to clean your teeth. Unless your dentist or orthodontist gave you different advise that is the recommendation.
You should take them out at night and clean them
