You can live a long life with coronary artery disease provided that you take care of yourself by controlling the blood pressure, lowering your cholesterol and blood sugar if you are a diabetic and most importantly quitting smoking if you are a smoker. Weight control is also very important.

How long? What kind of coronary artery disease do you have at age 32? You can live reasonably long with proper management.

You need to see a cardiologist who can help you with managing the risk factors, which can make CAD worsen. Also, if and when you need treatment they will know your history and decide on best options. I cannot guarantee you will live a long time, but if you do not seek care with a cardiologist, your life could be shorter than you would like.
