What could be the reason behind a constant pressure around the ear nerves?
My nerves behind the ears are constantly twitching. I am also facing a constant pressure just behind my ears like how it feels when water goes into the ears. What could be the reason for this?

You need to see your ENT to check your ears and check for other pathology if the examination of your ears is negative, like a tmj syndrome or cervical disease
Most likely eustachian tube dysfunction. Should see ENT for ear exam and audiogram.
