• How can I cope with a high intesity cardio workout?

My trainer has started me on a high intensity cardio workout. However, I feel very breathless and a little dizzy. What can I do to cope with these workouts better?

One should only increase the intensity of workouts only by 10% per week. Breathless and dizziness means you may be pushing too hard; you should back off a bit. You should be able to carry on a conversation while exercising and not be breathless nor dizzy.
