• Dental bridge vs. implant?

I have missing teeth, more towards the front of my mouth. My dentist gave me two options that he think would help, a dental bridge and an implant. Which do you think is better?

There are pros and cons to both and many factors which go into making for a good long term prognosis. Typically now, if both adjacent teeth are healthy and don't need crowns, than a single tooth implant is better. But you definitely need to speak with you dentist regarding these options.

Most of the time, an implant is better. An implant keeps a single tooth problem to one tooth. A bridge ties three teeth together.
