Note: Mandy suffered from a fever and diarrhea for approximately 2 days (3/10-3/11). No symptoms since.
3/13/20 (No fever)
1. Sudden diarrhea between 6-7 am
2. Started feeling out of it / disconnected around 12:00
3. 1:30 chills began, I felt freezing even with multiple layers and blankets. Diarrhea and light stomach pain for the next 8 hours.... (yellow, light tan poop)
3/14/20 (No fever)
1. Somebody aches but overall feeling ok, except I still have diarrhea tho not with the urgency or frequency. (yellow, light tan poop)
3/15/20 (No fever)
1. Except for my poop still being very loose... diarrhea I feel fine maybe a little tired/dehydrated. (yellow, light tan poop)
3/16/20-3/18/20 (No fever)
1. No symptoms except I noticed being extremely tired and irritable by the end of the workday. (Poop slowly started changing color back to normal)
3/19/20 (No fever)
1. Woke around 2:00 am feeling out of it/disconnected and with a slight sore throat. Minor coughing-dry
2. Symptoms would shift throughout the day. Feeling fine, feeling clammy, headache/slight body aches, occasional cough... most dry but sometimes producing phlegm
3/21/20
1. Cough severity increased, now it’s producing small amounts of phlegm that scratches my throat.
3/22/20
1. I woke up at 5:00 am to severe dry mouth and coughing. I needed to add a humidifier to my room.
3/23/20-current
1. Wake up with chest and sinus congested but it mostly clears up after a while. No other symptoms.
My employer would like to know if I can return to work or if due to Covid-19 I should stay in self-isolation until all symptoms clear up.
It is quite possible that you have COVID19. You should get a test or test yourself. It is also likely that you have had a bout of the common flu.
Symptoms mimic flu you should go get tested.
