I am a 48 year old male. I want to know do I need a referral from a GP to see a Phlebologist?

A need for referral depends on your own insurance plan. Ordinarily, no referral is needed, and you may choose the Phlebologist you wish. That office should let you know if your insurance company is "in network" before you make an appointment.
