Do I need surgery for hemorrhoids?
I'm 32 years old, and I have a rather large hemorrhoid that I actually can feel. Would I need surgery for this?

This sounds like a thrombosed hemorrhoid – if it came up quickly and is painful. It will get smaller over time, over a couple of weeks. If it is chronic and causes pain, bleeding, or hygiene issues, then you should consider treatment.
