I am a 45 year old female and I have kidney stones. I want to know if kidney stones pass through urine?

Yes, kidney stones less 5mm generally past through urine. It is painful. Flomax and drinking a lot of water helps. A few patients can past 8mm stones. Stones that don't pass need lithotripsy (ultrasound to break stones up). Certain high blood pressure medications help and others worsen the risk of kidney stones.
