I am a 48 year old female. I want to know does eating acidic foods cause abdominal pain?

Yes if your stomach is sensitive and mucous membrane inflammed

No. The most acidic foods (like orange juice) we might consume have a pH of 3-4, but your stomach acid is normally at pH 1-2, much more acidic than anything that we would usually ingest.
