• Can an eye correction laser surgery cause dryness in the eyes?

I am a 36-year-old woman and I recently underwent a laser surgery to correct the number of my eyes. Post the surgery, I am noticing severe dryness in the eyes. What could be the reason for the same?

I do not know. You need to ask an eye doctor that does this surgery

Unfortunately, not my area of expertise. You definitely can address this with an ophthalmologist.

Possible. See a plastic surgeon who does a lot of eye surgery or see a good ophthalmologist.

Yes, LASER surgery can cause dry eye. Usually, this is self limited and resolves in a few days to weeks. Artificial tears probably will help and improve your symptoms until you recover.
