• Why do I feel so drained 3 months after my delivery?

I delivered my baby 3 months ago and I feel extremely drained out. What could be the reason for this? Is it normal or could it be some deficiency?

You may need more sleep! Keep taking vitamins and seek support so you get adequate rest. Get a check for anemia after the delivery.

Have your doctor check for anemia thyroid problems and if none, then you may need to see a psychiatrist to rule out postpartum depression.

Fatigue three months after delivery is not uncommon. The task of nursing and taking care of a new born is demanding and tiring. Might be prudent to make sure that you are not anemic which could occurs as a result of blood loss at delivery

You may be anemic (have low iron). Ask your physician to check your hemoglobin levels.
