Could pale fingernails be a sign of iron deficiency?
I recently observed that my daughter's nails are getting very pail and almost white. Could it be a symptom of iron deficiency?

Yes. Pale skin or pale nail beds can be a sign of anemia. I would recommend she be seen by a health care professional.
Yes, but the color of the palms also means anemia.
She needs to see her pediatrician to be evaluated and have a blood test to find the cause to be treated.
