• What foods should I avoid during my pregnancy?

I am 14 weeks pregnant and I want to make sure that I'm going to have a healthy and safe pregnancy. Are there any foods that I should avoid?

It is difficult to list any or all foods one should "avoid" during pregnancy. Limited information emphasized certain foods such as TUNA fish be limited to 12 oz a week. Undercooked meat is worth avoiding due to potential parasite ingestion. That said, a well-balanced meal of PROTEIN, COMPLEX CARBOHYDRATEs AND FIBER, UNSATURATED FATS, AND OILS, should make up much of your diet.
Hope this was helpful.

Please avoid fish, and also avoid food which has lots of fat and carbs.

Eat fruit veggies and milk and protein in moderation

We recommend avoiding all raw meats and seafood, all large ocean fish (i.e., large tuna, swordfish, sole, etc.) even if cooked. Additionally, I recommend washing all vegetables, even if pre-washed.
