Most of the time, these need to be removed surgically. Sometimes this is quite easy and other times very difficult depending on size and location.

It all depends on what type of birthmark it is. If it's pigmentations, that is more difficult, and laser or cutting out might be an option. If it’s vascular, it can be removed with a laser.
