heart related issue maybe
having symptoms of a dry cough with on few occasions is followed by pale white phlegm that is slimy and a small pinch around middle of chest, lack of energy although slept 8 hours having brain fog and loss of appite to finish meals

It sounds like an upper respiratory problem. Heart pain is not sharp.
Symptoms more suggest a respiratory infection
The chest pinching can be related to cough
Would see your doctor and get a full workup including chest X-ray and testing for various infections (COVID, flu, rsv)
