• Can heat packs work for a frozen shoulder?

I have a frozen shoulder problem. Do you think applying heat packs is a good idea to get some relief?

Frozen shoulder can be a very tough long-standing problem to treat. Heat may help temporarily with discomfort, and it may temporarily relieve your symptoms so you can work harder with stretching and physical therapy.

No. Time, gentle physical therapy, corticosteroid injections are the best methods of treatment. You may also have a chronic disease (like diabetes) or injury (such as rotator cuff tear) causing the frozen shoulder

Yes, that is, but movement is more important.
