How can I get rid of skin tags on my eyelids?

I am a 30 year old female. I have skin tags on my eyelids. How can I get rid of skin tags on my eyelids?

They are very common and easy to remove with topical lidocaine and fulguration.

Skin tags and other benign lesions can be removed in clinic outpatient procedures.

They can easily be removed with a sharp instrument.

They can be treated with liquid nitrogen or snipped depending on the size.
