Glasses contacts or Laser as long as there is no pathology

Get an eye exam. It may be as simple as a pair of glasses

You likely need to see an ophthalmologist to see if you need glasses. Other more serious conditions can cause bad vision and should not be ignored.

The most common (and least invasive) fix is to simply be fitted for glasses or contacts. Other, more permanent solutions are refractive surgery such as LASIK/PRK/SMILE (if you're younger) and/or cataract surgery (if significant cataracts are the culprit). There are many causes for suboptimal vision though, so I would recommend a formal eye exam with myself or your eye care provider. That way you can determine the best solution for you.
Hope this helps.

To fix your vision in a week, assuming it’s only because of needing vision correction, you need to see an eye care doctor to have an exam and get contacts or glasses. You could also go to a LASIK surgeon to find out if you are a good candidate and have this procedure in one day.

You should contact an eye care professional and listen to their recommendations.

It depends on the medical condition that explains the visual loss. A complete ophthalmologic exam is warranted.

Unfortunately there is no way to correct your vision 'fast' without an examination as to why you have decreased vision. Most people require a refractive correction (glasses or contacts). Depending on the reason for your visual disturbance, treatment can range from glasses/contacts to refractive surgery. I recommend you discuss these options with your eye care professional after a complete examination.
