My 12 year old daughter has right ear pain at night. How can I relieve ear pain at night?

Consult your ENT doctor. Topical may be prescribed.
She may have an ear infection and that needs to be checked out by her doctor or PA.
Only for pain we can give pain medication but you need to find out why your child is having ear ache, should consult with pediatrician to rule out an underlying ear infection.
