I am a 28 year old male. I want to know how can I smoke and not get a dry socket?

Smoking significantly increases the risk of dry socket as well as infection and poor healing. There is no "safe" way to smoke and avoid complications.

Any trick that you try will still pose a risk.

Roll the dice, you may not get it. Just know that it is extremely painful if you do & may require another trip to the surgeon and more money.
