How can I help my son with vertigo?
My son is only 10 years old, and he gets vertigo attacks. We found out that these attacks often come with his allergies, or if he has a cold. Is there anything that we can do at home to help ease his vertigo?

Treat the allergies.
Make sure he does not fall and find out why he has vertigo. It can be a migraine or seizure manifesting as vertigo.
