• How can I naturally deal with depression?

I'm 33 years old and I have had depression for two months, but I don't want take medications. How can I naturally deal with depression?

Start with s healthy diet, sleep, and exercise, then you can try psychotherapy

Exercise, good nutrition (cutting sugars, eating complex carbs, etc), regular sleep. Make sure you get laboratory work up to rule out hormonal imbalance, thyroid problems and any other organic issue that may causing depression. If no allergies/medical problems may add St. John's Wort extract. Note that one should not take St. John's Wort with any other antidepressant and important to let your doctor know if taking this supplement to make sure it does not interact with any other medications you may already be taking. Also, alpha stim aid can be helpful. We use at the office for our patients. Hope this helps

There are some natural remedies for depression. A good one I have found is 5-HTP. However, I caution you to speak with a qualified therapist because sometime depression is situational
