I am a 22 year old female. I want to keep my Invisalign trays clean. How do I care for my Invisalign trays?

You should be wearing your trays all the time except when you brush your teeth or for very important social occasions. If you leave them out keep them in cold water and somewhere where your dog can't chew them. Once a week, while you brush your teeth, put them in a glass of water with just one drop of household bleach. Rinse thoroughly before putting back in your mouth

Soak your aligners, brush and floss your teeth before reinserting your aligners, and rinse your aligners when you remove them. Dry saliva and plaque create a perfect breeding ground for foul smelling bacteria.
