I am a 26 year old male. I have a fungal infection of the scalp. How do I get rid of a fungal infection on my scalp?

Tinea capiti is usually treated with prescription antifungal medication taken by mouth for 1 to 3 months. Thank you.

You will have to go to a physician and get a prescription for an antifungal shampoo.
