Right lower quadrant pain with tenderness, fever, persistent vomiting and especially greenish, greenish yellowish vomits should be checked by a doctor.

The abdominal pain gets localized in the right lower quadrant and there is guarding. The child cannot bend the knees, it exacerbates the pain. The pain becomes worse and persistent.
Usually, the appendix hurts in the lower right and it gets progressively worse over a 12-24 hour period. Does it hurt his abdomen to tap the bottom of his feet? Is his appetite gone? If so, he would need to be checked right away so the appendix does not rupture.
