There are different reasons for ocular pain. You should see a doctor. It can be as simple as dry eye or something more serious
The same thing you would do if you had abdominal or pelvic pain. See a doctor to find the cause of the pain and get treated.
If a visit to an ophthalmologist is not helpful, seek out a Neuro-ophthalmologist.
How long has it been hurting? Best to see an eye doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Reasons: dry eyes, contact lenses issues, iritis or other eye inflammation.
